I have owned and operated a telecommunications business for 15 years and I have extensive training and experience in customer service. I started my own business in 1989 in the telecom industry after working many years in customer service at a major telecommunication company in Texas. I was approved by the Public Utility Commission to obtain a License to start my own company and employed 7 employee's in the state of Texas. I know what it takes to work with the public and I know how to communicate with people and have experience with problem solving in many different area's when working with Clients. I like to leave the clients or customers happy and feeling good about their transaction.
