I have over 40 years experience in the financial service industry as a real estate broker,auctioneer, financial planner and educator. I have never had a regulatory problem nor lawsuit in my entire career. I received my original notary appointment in 1977 as a registered representative with a NYSE member broker dealer. Most of my career I have been self employed including co-owning the GMAC Real Estate franchise for Greater Cleveland. I started doing remote signings over 10 years ago mostly through JMT document signing and more recently directly with Title Source Inc. My wife Toni was Notary appointed in 2014 after 25 years in the Real Estate Industry and we work full time as Notaries under our Corporation, Planright Mobile Notaries, Inc. We have completed assignments for over 70 Title Companies and Signing Services just in this fiscal year alone. We cover the 12 Counties in Northeast Ohio and can be available outside this area if needed. We always complete our assignments on time and accurately with the utmost of professionalism and confidentiality.
