Stellar Notarial Services is in operation full time and available to cover all of your loan closing and general notary needs. We perform signings outside of traditional work hours, including weekends. Additionally, we will meet the customer at a location that is comfortable for them, e.g., home, local library, coffee shop, etc. We also like working with and assisting elderly customers. Training and Credentials: I am a commissioned public notary in the State of Maryland, with just over 8 years of Notary Public experience. My office is in Prince George's County, which abuts upon nearby Anne Arundel, Montgomery and Charles Counties, and we will travel to other counties such as Howard, Calvert and St. Mary's on a case-by-case basis. I have a Maryland Isurancere Administration Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor License (TIPIC). I am NNA Notary Signing Agent Certified with current NNA background screening and have training in loan document signings and various notarization acts, policies and procedures. I have performed over 1,000 loan signings since I became a licensed NSA in 2020. COVID-19: Stellar Notarial Services understands and shares the concern of our clients, and ourselves, to be safe and protected during this health crisis. We take COVID-19 seriously and have employed an aggressive approach and strong actions to ensure everyone's safety to and to prevent the risk of spreading COVID-19 during any appointments we conduct. We bring extra PPE to each appointment, disinfect pens and, provide gloves if requested. We are also able to conduct the appointment outdoors if requested (weather permitting). I am a mature, experienced professional. I am efficient and reliable and I provide excellent customer service for signing services, title companies and everyday consumers alike. I am a notary committed to attention to details. All documents are shipped back on time and scan/faxbacks are completed as instructed. I will get the job done. While I really enjoy working with the national signing companies, I also like opportunities to work directly with title, escrow and funding companies in my local area.
