My name is Sonja Walthour and I have over 20 years of general notary experience. I received my Notary Signing Agent training and certifications from Notary 2 Pro and the National Notary Association. I am also an annual member of the National Notary Association. I believe in being on time and professional to each and every appointment. Being prepared and knowing what I am doing is very important, which is why I continue to educate myself and stay up-to-date on laws and regulations pertaining to Loan Signing Agent duties and responsibilities. I have completed over 1,000 mobile signings. I serve Placer County, Sacramento County, Yuba County, Yolo County, and Sutter County. I provide my clients with a professional and pleasant experience. I will meet them in their home, at Starbucks, in the title office and wherever it is convenient for them. I make sure the documents are completed properly and they are returned and/or scanned in a timely fashion. My goal is to make sure all documents are completed correctly, represent the company I am working with dignity and professionalism and assure the documents are returned on time.
