I am very meticulous about ensuring the accuracy of the documents prior to closing and again going over each & every document to ensure that initials, signatures, and dates are complete and filled out properly. Key documents that I check are the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out correctly. If on rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I'm doing and fix the mistake for you as soon as possible. I will do scanbacks promptly once the signing is complete and I return to my office.
