For the last 23 years, I have been a Bilingual Real Estate Notary Public with all the licenses required for the State of Indiana, helping homeowners by notarizing their documents when they buy, sell, refinance, do Home Equities, Loan Modifications, etc... I also notarize Estate Planning documents, POA's, Deeds, Wills, Time Shares, gold and silver contracts, I-9's for future employer/employee hiring process, and any business document. Basically, I can notarize anything the UPS and Bank notaries cannot. I BELIEVE IN DOING RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. INTEGRITY IS A MUST. (I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese)

Fees are negotiable depending on driving distance, printing and fax backs (if required). Coverage area includes Hamilton, Marion, Madison, Hancock and Boone Counties. I may travel further if necessary.
