I love the value that I can provide as a mobile notary. When it comes to important documents for important matters, such as estate planning, real estate transactions, and other important life events, the counter at the neighborhood print shop or a teller window at the bank, may not be the best option. Plus, they're not always available when you need them. A mobile Notary Public provides convenience, access, privacy, and expertise in these situations. That's why I continue to educate myself by taking courses, reading articles, watching videos, and studying my state's notary handbook. My goal is to bring this knowledge to the signing table along with the confidence that comes from the experience with my own real estate transactions. As both a homeowner and an investor, I've completed almost every type of transaction with the exception of a reverse mortgage: purchases, purchases with 1st and 2nd, refinance loans and HELOCs, and even the cash purchase of vacant land in Southern Colorado. In addition to being an NNA certified Notary Signing Agent, I am a certified Notary2Pro Elite Loan Signing Agent. I have also taken the NNA Notary Essentials course, the Sign and Thrive course by Notary Coach, and, of course, the state-mandated training required to become a commissioned notary in Colorado. I have a dual tray laser printer, $1M Errors & Omissions Insurance, and a multifunction printer for scanbacks. I am generally available before and after regular business hours and on weekends.
Personal Bio
When I'm not working in my notary business or doing field inspections, you'll find me working on projects at my 1889 Denver home, visiting family in Grand Junction, Colorado, or away on a weekend adventure or an afternoon hike.
