As a Notary Loan Signing Agent, I guide the borrower through their loan documents including any and all docs that need to be completed, checking for full loan document completion multiple times. I understand the importance of accurately completing and checking crucial documents such as the 1003 and the notice of right to cancel. I complete all notarizations, stamps, initials and signatures. I travel with a scanner and know the hours of all my FedEx locations. I understand the importance of timing, meeting crucial deadlines, and not making any errors so the loan funds on time and rate lock deadlines are met. Any errors/corrections are given the utmost urgency and priority. My main goal is to make my client look good, whether that be the Signing Service, Title/Escrow Company/Officers, the Loan Officer or the Realtor. My husband and I are parents to two wonderful adult children and recently became grandparents. I am VP of my community association, mentor young women and also teach weekly bible study classes. I love serving, giving back, and seeing others flourish.
