Hello, I have been in the Real Estate, Mortgage, and Title Industry for over 35 years. I have a wide vast knowledge of various types of legal documents and all legal forms in need of notarized services. Additionally, I have experience with immigration documentation through my years of experience as a Mortgage Underwriter. I have done face to face signings of all types with clients and been in the customer service world through out my years in the industry. We provide professional quality services to our clients. Our company is a mobile travel notary and realty consulting services that will meet with the clients closer in their local areas. Also, we support our Senior Living Communities and understand they are not able to travel to a location for notary services and we provide the convenience of going to them. We offer Remote Online Notary Services are available for the customers. We cover Tarrant County, Parts of North Dallas County, Denton County, and Collin County. Remote online services are available to entire state of Texas.

My passion is to assist and help others in our communities. I have been a part of non profit organizations to help with volunteering to assist those in need in our community. It was a dream of mine to open my own business to eventually be my own boss full time, and kept putting it off until last year when realizing it is never going to be the right time and just have to make it happen. Therefore, I am joining various platforms to help generate business so I am able to quit my current full time job and be my own boss full time eventually in the near future. I have been in the Mortgage, Real Estate, Title, and financing industry for over 35 years and have a wide range of knowledge and experience to offer our customers. I have one son who is a Doctor operating his own private practice and highly encouraged me to start my business. Watching him leave his full time job at the VA and the success of opening his own private practice has motivated me to take the plunge. Life is short and we can never put off tomorrow what we need to do today in making our dreams come true.

Any loan package needing reprinted due to changes of the loan requires a $50.00 reprint fee each occurrence the package has to be printed for changes. Any loan signing outside of 25 miles or more from the notary local location has an additional $50 travel fee to add on the basic signing fee. General Notary assignments are dependent on the documents needing notarized and number of signers and pages to be notarized. Please contact us for a price quote.
