I am a Maryland State commissioned mobile notary. I am also licensed in MD as a Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC). I have an extensive customer service background, having been in the administrative realm for several years. I have conducted several loan signings, with experience in refinances, buyer, and seller packages. Additionally, I am a graduate of Carol Ray's Notary 2 Pro program.

I am Tiffany Carwell of More Than A Seal L.L.C.. I've been a Federal employee and held a Top Secret security clearance since 2015. I am currently employed with the Department of Homeland Security as a Personnel Security Specialist. I have a Bachelors Degree in Speech-Language Pathology as well as a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and a Masters in Business Administration. I have lived in Prince George's County for over 10 years but was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. I live with my partner and our two-year-old lab/retriever mix, Iroh. And yes, he is named after General Iroh from Avatar. My interests include reading, social action, community service through my Sorority, and traveling.
