As a signing agent I have a great opportunity to be able put each facet of the real estate industry together to provide the very best customer service! Having been in the real estate industry since 1996, I have had many experiences as a borrower as well as the seller side of the transaction. I have been a Notary Public since 2003 and a mortgage company owner / principal broker (2002 - 2010 and 2012-2015) and have been a closer with a title company. This has provided me the experience of closing many types of loans over the years including Purchases, Refinances, HELOC, Loan Modifications, HECM, Construction-to-Perm, Commercial, SBA, Relo, and even Private Investor loans.
