I have obtained my Title Producer License for the state of Maryland and am LSS Certified and I have enjoyed working as a Notary Loan Signing Agent since 2020. I am a highly skilled and experienced professional who has successfully completed over 1100 settlements varying from purchases, sales, refinances, and home equity loans. During a closing, I treat all clients with the utmost respect and ensure that every step of the closing process is met so there are no delays to funding. My preferred areas for signings would be in the following counties in MD: Frederick, Carroll, Montgomery, Howard and Washington. I am also available for General Notary work as well.
