Fees are negotiable depending on type of transaction and distance required for travel. Typical fee for refinance(standard)with edocs within 15 mile radius is 100.00. Included is always a copy of the package for the borrower. For additional mileage and fax backs, I normally add an additional $10 to $25 depending on the situation.
