I am an active, full time mobile notary and am RON certified. I live in the beautiful Eugene/Springfield area of Oregon. I have closed and/or completed over 4000 notarizations. Having had Realtor licenses, most of my assignments have involved mortgage closings and I am comfortable and knowledgeable of refinance, purchases, sales, reverse mortgages, and HELOCs. As interest rates increase, I find myself more involved with notarizations of Power of Attorney, Advance Directives, Wills, I-9s, Apostilles and other types of documents. I consider myself punctual, pleasant and I pay close attention to details. I have a high speed double tray laser printer and fast scanner when documents are sent to me
