I have been performing as a mobile notary for 4 years and have assisted thousands of clients for whom I have notarized powers of attorney, contracts, deeds, refinance packages, buyers and seller packages, and affidavits to just name a few.
Printing large packages, then scanning them back to my client for review is not a problem. I welcome it and have invested in a fast two-drawer printer and fast document scanner. Both in training and on my own, I have reviewed documents for refinance loans, home equity loans, and reverse mortgages. I would gladly submit to a telephone interview or testing. I recognize that you need updates from me at certain points and, I will do my best to ensure you get them. I am not afraid to call you if I have a question.
