Hello, I am a commissioned Notary for the State of Maryland and a licensed Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC). I became a Notary Public in October 2018 and a TIPIC in May 2019. I have experience in conducting refinance, purchase, and seller's closings as well as HELOCs, loan modifications, and initial loan applications. I also conduct hybrid e-signings for Amrock Title and am approved by the State of Maryland to conduct Remote Online Notarizations. I have experience in conducting automotive signings for Maverick Signings and am available for general notary and can assist with the signing of estate planning documents, travel documents for minors, Quit Claim Deeds, and Form I-9s. I serve Baltimore, Carroll, Anne Arundel ,and Howard counties as well as the City of Baltimore. I’m a graduate of Carol Ray's Notary2Pro program where I received an Elite Certificate of Completion. I'm currently enrolled in the Loan Signing System by Mark Wills. I also received a Certificate of Course Completion from Prince George's County Community College where I completed courses in Notary Public Procedures, Applied Notary Practices and Procedures, and Advanced Notarial Procedures, all specific courses tailored for notarizations in the State of Maryland. In July 2023, I became a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent, which allows me the opportunity to assist estate-planning attorneys in presenting and notarizing estate planning documents.
Personal Bio
Currently, I am employed full-time for the Federal Government as a Criminal Investigator and am available on a part-time basis. I take pride in every signing conducted for lenders and title companies and services provided for other entities such as law firms/attorneys, health care facilities, educational institutions, correctional institutions, families, and individuals. I am organized, efficient, reliable, informative, organized and conduct all work with integrity. I am aware of the importance of one's personal identifiable information and take every measure to protect files received and products returned. I maintain open lines of communication and keep my customers apprised of any matters affecting their signing as well as informing the service provider of any issues encountered. I have reliable transportation and am available daily and at late hours. I'm also available on the weekends and holidays.
