Prior to my retirement, I served as a Specialist at the Texas Education Agency, working in the School Finance Department for over 20 years and helping district administrators follow legislative laws on budget allocation. Through this experience, I learned the importance of accurately calculating funding formulas for school districts. With this experience, I can ensure properly completing loan documents, such as the PCOR, Trust Certification, Deed of Trust, and right to cancel forms, to avoid adverse funding conditions. As a Certified Loan Signing Agent and Notary Public, I am excited to use the skills and training I received from Mark Wills' Loan Signing System (LSS) to be an amazing extension of your professionalism.

I am a retiree from the Texas Education Agency as a program specialist helping the Texas school districts understand the laws on how to spend the allocated dollars. I worked in the School Finance Department for over 20+ years. I have been commissioned since 2022.
