Hello! I have 25 years of experience in banking, lending, title and escrow and love my role as an independent signing agent. I have closed well over 10,000 transactions in my career and still get excited when I'm closing for first time home buyers or a cash out refi that is allowing a borrower to fix up their home or send their kids to college! It's very gratifying to me to be a part of this and I consider myself lucky to assist consumers with their closings to get them where they are going. I am reliable, dependable, accurate and efficient. I go to any extent possible to get signed packages out the same day and understand that time is of the essence on all transactions. Personal Bio
I have worked in the controlled chaos of various loan departments and title companies since 1996, mostly in management, and after the pandemic (and my kids were grown and self reliant) I decided to slow things down a bit and place myself where I love the most, the closing table. I have had so much fun in the past 2 and a half years getting to meet people through their closings and assisting them with their signings. In an office environment I found that borrowers were all a stack of documents. But in this role, when I'm sitting in someones home going through their documents, I get to see the actual home and can be more present and focused with each transaction without worrying about all of the other responsibilities that come with an in-office position. I've always loved my job in title and real estate, but now it's even more of a passion for me than ever.
