I do my best not to miss signatures and dates because I understand that this will cause a funding issue which will hold up the funding of a loan. I want to make sure that the borrower has a seamless closing. I also check key documents such as the Notice to Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure that they are filled out properly. If there is a mistake, on a rare occasion, I will make sure to fix this as soon as possible. I will also ensure that documents will returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete.
