I also own an Independent Insurance and Financial Services Brokerage in Central PA. We are licensed in PA, MD, VA, NC, OH, and MI. I have been a Pa Mobile Notary Public for over 5 years and a real estate investor for 8 years so I’m very familiar with closings and loan paperwork. I can explain the documents, I know where clients should sign/initial the docs, and I know how to package the executed documents to make it easy for title! My Travel and Administrative fees are negotiable for any signings over 20 miles from my designated operating area. Extra fees apply for late night or last minute signings.
