Initially I intended to only do Part-time, yet I am well on my way to 2,000 signings between Several Escrow Companies I am in contact with weekly & a Few Signing Services,( Although I prefer Direct)! An "Extra Service" I Offer & is included in Overall fee, is I can pickup docs from offices (or print out Docs as well depending on your preference) & drop them off directly back to ofc. or even deliver to destination of lender/title! With My Availability having increased, & the Market having slowed since Fall 2022, I continue to be further educated in this career by expanding my coverage area, availability & services to a larger Venue in between my Escrow Offices, doing more General Notary Work & designed my own personal Journal following California Compliance laws thru the SOS. I am currently in my 2nd Commission & recently Renewed my E&O to the next level.
