Before I retired as a Registered Nurse I owned a vascular health screening company called HealthScans for over 20+ years. I was a traveling nurse that worked four months in Florida and eight months in Texas performing cardio vascular testing and various other tests. While going to school I worked with real estate attorneys and high-profile clients with loan documents and SBA Closings. I know what is expected of me by both lender and clients before I arrive at the clients.
