Maine and New Hampshire Notary. With upwards of 30 years as a notary and a real estate broker, my familiarity with closing documents is extensive. My specialty is purchase and sale transactions. Certified mobile notary and closing/signing agent has been a my full time career for many years. I am familiar with various types of applications and loans to close and am a patient and proficient closer. Having done many hundreds of closings I can explain the docs and know when to call for assistance with problems arising at the closing table. I am a paralegal and have taught continuing education classes as well as Real Estate agent training for new agents for the University of Maine Center for Real Estate Education. I am commissioned as a Maine Notary Public and as a Commissioner of Deeds in New Hampshire. I am a member of the National Notary Association, American Notaries and Informed Notaries of Maine. My background check is current and will be maintained along with whatever educational requirements are needed to keep me well versed in today's lending practices .
Personal Bio
As a long time resident of Southern Maine, I'm familiar with the area and am willing to travel out of my county for an additional fee. My real estate Broker's license is still active. Weddings are an occasional treat for me to perform. I am willing to travel to nursing facilities or hospitals along with jails for notarial services. My home office can be used as a place to meet clients for closings. I am the proud mother of two grown children, am a home owner and member of local beneficent Masonic organizations.
