I run my Notary Signing Service full-time, closing multiple real estate transactions daily. I am NNA Certified, a Certified Loan Signing Agent through LSS, and Notary.net. I've acquired my Certificate of Completion of the Virginia Notary Course and carry $100,000 of E&O insurance coverage.
