Hello, my name is Christina Dowdy, I am a California state-appointed Notary Public and signing agent offering many types of mobile notarial services in and around Kern County. As an experienced loan signing agent, I make sure all signatures, initials, and dates are accounted for prior to leaving the table. Prior to all appointment I familiarize myself with all instructions and prepare every document that will need to be signed, and/or dated. Before I leave the signing table, I carefully review the paperwork to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are completed on every document. I always provided scan backs if requested and ship all documents same day if possible. While I do my best to make sure all documents are error free, if there is a mistake, I would make sure the mistake was rectified immediately.
