My notarial services include Debt consolidation, Reverse Mortgages, VA and FHA Loans, Loan Modification's, HELOC's, Refinance, Affidavits, Wills, Power of Attorney, Settlement packages, etc., and other legal and medical notarial acts. Making the notarization transaction as convenient and worry-free as possible is my goal. I am committed to accuracy where all documents related to the closing process are reviewed for any discrepancies in names, addresses and legal information. I adhere and abide by policy and standards with the upmost integrity. All documents are treated with care and confidentiality. Each assignment is performed thoroughly, proficiently and with professionalism. I am reliable, and I'm available for last minute closings. I am punctual and pride myself in arriving to appointments early . I am willing to travel to meet your busy schedule. My fees vary depending on location and type of loan and are negotiable.

I have worked in the Law enforcement profession for over 25 years, servicing people, where I have developed a trained eye to detail. I am currently retired and pursuing this career as a Notary Signing Agent for over 12 years. I do believe in hard work and honesty being the best policy.
