I have been in the legal and real estate field for over 35 years. I have been a notary for over 25 years and have performed closings of some type throughout that time. In the past eight years, I have worked primarily with two title companies doing their real estate closings. I typically do three to five closings Monday through Friday. I am familiar with any and all types of closings and most any legal document you can throw my way.
Late evening appointments beginning at 8:00 p.m. add a $25 charge to my fee. I can begin as early as 6:00 a.m. without a charge and my latest appointment is 11:00 p.m. Saturday appointments add $25 to my fee.
