I am an in person Notary in both Virginia (also Electronic) and Maryland. I have done well in excess of 7,500 real estate loan closing settlements. Substantial experience with real estate closings, estate planning closings, bankruptcy and other other legal documents. I have worked with title companies and law firms for years. I am available for notary settlement services at your offices, or at a location of your choice. I often settle at a clients’ home, Regus and Spaces offices, Brickyard offices, Starbucks, Panera, realtor or lender offices, etc.
Personal Bio
I have been in the legal field for over 30 years. I have been a notary for over 25 years and have performed closings of some type throughout that time. In the past seven years, I have worked with two title companies doing their real estate closings. I typically do a few closings Monday through Friday every week. I am familiar with any and all types of closings and most any legal document you can throw my way.
