My legal name is Dale Jones but I am known more personally as Lyn Jones. I was first commissioned as an Arkansas Notary in 2008 then again in 2022. I have been a Signing Agent for 3 years and have handled many different types of assignments including but not limited to loan closings, HELOC, quit claim, reverse mortgage and loan modifications. To date I have not had any instances of missed signatures or errors on my part. I'm sure that is in part due to my 33+ years experience as a Federal Government accountant/auditor where I reviewed multi-billion dollar defense contracts, invoices and other legal documents. I am trained to be meticulous and detail oriented by trade and many years of training. I owned and operated a successful independent insurance agency from 2007 - 2012. I enjoy meeting a variety of people and assisting them when they are often going through stressful times. I am very cautious not to step outside the role of a Signing Agent and avoid providing any advice or explanation beyond my part in the assignment. I am professional in all my contacts with your clients. All client documents in my care and custody are secure and private. They are immediately deleted upon acceptance of the package by the end user.
