I am California Notary Public and Certified Signing Agent. I am also a successful and experienced Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker in NY and Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in CA. As part of my experience as a NYC real estate agent, I have successfully created and overseen signatures for Co-op Board sales application packages, which are very similar to loan signature packages. I currently live in Palm Springs, California, and am extremely professional and passionate about my work. This is evident in the excellent service and results I deliver. Prior to becoming a real estate agent and notary public, I spent two decades in financial services marketing. Most recently I served as a Vice President in Investment Management Marketing for Morgan Stanley, where I was recognized for his creativity, collaborative approach, and ability to develop/implement challenging projects under tight deadlines. Originally from the Midwest, I hold a B.A. in Economics from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. in Marketing from the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota).
