Hello! My name is David Couch. I have been in the mortgage industry since 1999. I started out as a mortgage loan originator and worked my way up to a VP of sales with my organization. During my career, opened up several offices. Outside of training the entire staff of compliance officers, trainers, mortgage originators, managers, team leaders, etc., we had to maintain a high level of production which. So our third party closers were very integral part of our process and production I also developed had to create and maintain relationships with all third parties, including title companies. This was important to ensure proper attention and closing within our offices. I currently still close loans as a mortgage loan originator, so I understand the importance of a smooth closing. I have my KY and IN commissions. I also have my title producer's license as well.
Personal Bio
I enjoy meeting new people. I enjoy my job in the mortgage business as I get to help people save money and/or purchase their new home. I am married and have two beautiful daughters where I enjoy spending my time watching them grow a swim. I know the importance of a smooth closing, so I look forward to working with you and your clients.
