If you are looking for excellence in customer service, look no further. I have a warm, open personality that enables me to quickly establish a rapport with the signers. My thorough command of all aspects of my work, and my punctuality, reassures clients they are in competent hands. My printing is neat and legible, ensuring no package gets questioned or returned for re-signing, saving you time and enhancing your reputation. All packages are returned promptly. My error ratio is well below 1% because all my work is triple-checked. If the signer is leaving town, or otherwise unavailable after the signing, I don't leave the table until the third check is done. Having completed thousands of signings of all sorts, I rarely have questions, but if I do, I don't guess. I contact the appropriate party to ensure second trips are not necessary. Many companies choose to use me because I read the instructions that come with each assignment, am familiar with the documents prior to the signing, and often find errors well before the signing. This ensures, when I am meeting with your signer/borrower, that 99. 99% of all potential roadblocks have been resolved. I have been told by many signing companies, loan officers, borrowers and other interested parties that I am easily the best, most knowledgeable notary they have worked with. That is because my background in management for a Fortune 100 company and with start-ups, and as owner of two successful businesses, I bring a level of professionalism above that normally seen among my competitors. I look forward to working with you for our mutual success.
Signings in the Puget Sound region often require ferry travel. In those situations, my fee is based on a combination of mileage, time, and ferry costs. As an example, a basic signing in Poulsbo will cost $205 with docs overnighted. That figure is based on an average 2 hour RT for the ferry (travel & waiting) + additional mileage to Poulsbo + the basic fee + $23 for ferry fares.
