Hello! I am a lifelong customer service professional certified by the Customer Service Institute of America in 2017.
My background includes decades of extreme customer care as a patient advocate in the Milwaukee community. In this role, I was privileged to provide community residents with resources: communications, information, access assistance, and resolution to various challenges that have historically prevented many from receiving medical care. I hold an associate's degree in business and have been a commissioned notary in Wisconsin since 2022. I am a registered member of the National Notary Association and have E&O insurance, bond insurance, and a current background check. I am a commissioned loan signing agent through the Loan Signing System and provide remote online services through various platforms.
Personal Bio
My background includes decades of what I call 'extreme customer service'. As a certified patient advocate, I understand the need for compassionate people with experience who can provide notary services in the sometimes difficult environment of the hospital or other skilled medical facility. I also understand the importance of effective and clear communication skills, especially in stressful or unusual situations. Working with people from various backgrounds has provided me with an instinctive ability to listen and understand. Knowing that it isn't just about the document but also about the relationship can make all of the difference in the experience for the customer. Many people require notarization of medical documents or assistance with documents that could help provide access to medical services found here in the U.S., or they may not be mobile but require certain documents to be notarized promptly. I provide top-notch service, one-on-one to my clients ensuring that each encounter is given top priority because I understand that notarized documents are often life-changing communications that leave no room for error.
