ATD Consultants was formed in 2002. I am very familiar with Real Estate verbiage and loan documents. I have expanded my business as a Mobile Notary to assist you in your Notarial needs.
I currently have two, fully equipped, offices on the island of Maui to facilitate more efficiency for my clients. One office is located in the Kihei/Wailea area. The second office is located in the Makawao/Pukalani area.

Deborah J Williams has a background in Real Estate Appraisal and consulting, having received her appraiser’s license in 1993. After a long career as a State Certified RE Appraiser, owning her own appraisal company , the business has transitioned to providing Mobile Notary and Loan Signing Services.
