I am approved by Old Republic Title, Fidelity Title, Placer Title, and First American Title Companies and specialize in residential and commercial loan signings, as well as, general mobile Notary Public services to businesses and individuals in Shasta, Tehama, Trinity, Siskiyou, Butte,and Lassen Counties. I am commissioned, bonded and insured with $100,000 errors and omissions insurance. I have also worked as an Escrow Assistant.
