I try to be very thorough in the work that I do. I am a Certified Signing Agent through the NNA. I have had a Background Check through the NNA. I have also gone thru TRID Training with the NNA and Notary2Pro. I have Notary Essentials training thru the NNA.
I have been a signing agent for 21 years. I have experience with refinance, HELOC, purchase, REO purchases and Reverse mortgages. I have experience with Seller/Purchase loans. I also have a little experience with loan modifications and debt settlements, disclosure signings, and auto loans. I have E-notary training and Certified thru my state. I have experience thru Nexsys for RON closings. Training on NExsys and Pavaso for electronic and Hybrid closings.
