Prior to becoming a signing agent, I worked in mortgage real estate origination, closing and servicing for over 20 years. I am experienced with the following types of signings: Home Equity, Refinance, CEMA, Loan Modification, Purchase, Construction, Reverse Mortgage, REO, Trusts, FHA, VA, USDA, deed signing and seller packages in general, POA, Annuity, and general notary work. I cover the following counties in New York State: Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Allegany, Wyoming, and southern Erie. Assignments are negotiated on an individual basis, with consideration given to travel distance, type of signing and volume.
