I am a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent in New York & New Jersey. Serving Union, Essex, Bergen, Hudson, Middlesex, Monmouth, Passaic and surrounding counties in New Jersey. The New York Counties include Richmond, New York, Kings, Bronx, Westchester and Rockland. I am NNA Certified, Notary2Pro Graduate and member of Notary Stars. My goal is to provide great service and quality work at all times. I am meticulous, organized and methodical and will never cut corners. I am a consummate professional, detail-oriented, reliable and responsive. I’ve worked in the real estate industry for over 6 years, so I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the loan signing profession coupled with over 20 years of customer and client service skills. These skill sets have provided me with the necessary tools to build rapport with customers in order to complete the task at hand. My primary focus is to get the documents signed accurately with the right color ink and drop off the executed package promptly after the signing is completed. But most importantly, I verify each borrower's identification. I review the client's signing instructions, double and triple-check the borrowers signatures, initials and dates for accuracy before leaving the signing table.
