Hello, I am looking to work long term with mortgage professionals, escrow officers and title companies as a preferred signing agent. I understand the need for communication and will answer my phone when called or respond to email and text messages promptly. Moreover, I will fix any mistakes quickly and keep the client informed up to the scan back and mailing of the error documents. I will have the client fill out documents if they are left blank, and will strive to hit 100% of signatures, dates, and initials. I am familiar with the new 1003 requirements (who initials where), the proper way to fill out a Notice of Right to Cancel (with my signature and title and using a rescission calendar), plus I'm familiar with all closing types and documents like the PCOR. I will also do signing out of "business hours" and will drive up to two hours. I know that you are calling when you need someone in a pinch and need someone reliable that can get documents signed accurately and get them back to you quickly (time is money). Therefore, I will hand deliver documents and get receipts, plus get you scan backs ASAP. I will also make sure your client has a great experience, and will summarize documents for them, and take the time to call the mortgage broker or title company if they have questions outside of my scope. I am 42 years old, and have been married to my beautiful wife Karesa for 22 years. We have two children. One is a Marine and the other is a teacher. I have two degrees. One is in Business, and the other is in Micro Biology (worlds apart??). I currently help run our family restaurant, but I am looking to branch out and start my own business as a Notary/Loan Signing Agent. I have spent many hours studying to become a loan signing agent, and did get certified through the NNA and the Loan Signing System course.
