I love being a Notary Signing Agent because I love helping people, as well as I love real estate. My dream was to become a Real Estate Agent. Even though I went to real estate school last year and passed both parts of the licensing exam (PA State Real Estate Salesperson & National Real Estate Salesperson), I was looking for something more. After seeing numerous ads about Mark Wills' Loan Signing System and doing my own research on it to see if it is legit, I decided to go online & sign up to take an accredited notary public licensing course & passed the PA Notary Public licensing exam. I did the Loan Signing System course and never went back. I love being a Notary Signing Agent, and it is much less stressful. I would love to pursue this full-time and become a successful NSA. I have been a mobile NSA for over a year. I am also Bilingual (Spanish), and have experience doing IRA Applications, HELOC, Sellers Package, Refinance, Purchase, Loan Modification, Reverse Mortgage, and HUD Partial Claims as well as IRA Applications. I am LSS Certified, NSA Certified through the National Notary Association (NNA), and an NNA Member. I am licensed, bonded, and E & O insured ($100,000.00) as well as background checked. I also do fingerprinting, Field Inspection (Residential & Commercial), as well as Process Server. I service the following counties in the Northeast, PA: Luzerne, Lackawanna, Carbon, Columbia, Wyoming, Monroe, & Montour.
