My name is Frank Detrick. As a Loan Signing Agent, I know the importance of having error free signing. Missed signatures, dates and initials can delay or cancel the closing or miss rate lock dates. I understand that scan backs need to be done as soon as possible after the signing to get the closing done on time. FedEx drops will be done same day unless FedEx is closed and will be dropped off as soon as they open the next day. I will drop what I’m doing to get mistakes corrected if any asap. The better I do my job, the more everyone will be happy and either get paid or have the closing completed. Right to Cancel, PCOR’s, 1003 forms and Statement are important to be filled out properly to avoid delays just to name a few. I will travel out of my area to do signings if needed and will do signings at any time. It would be a pleasure to work with you.
