I have never had a signer refuse to sign. I am proficient in refinancing, new residential mortgage, and have experience with commercial real estate loans I have worked with notary signing agencies, escrow companies, attorneys, and title companies. I perform services in the metropolitan area of Los Angeles, CA. I am available for evening signings for appointments from 6 to 8 PM. I am available for Saturday signings as well. Pricing is based on a 30-mile radius for signing. The base price of $90 is for up to two signers for docs 150 pages or less. For one-off documents like a grant deed only, the basic price is negotiable.
