I have been performing signings since November of 2003. I am NNA Certified and have an NNA Background Check. I like pets and kids. I have dealt with the slow to comprehend borrowers and am very sociable and liked by all that I meet with. I do jail and hospital signings and have signed on the back of a pickup bed. I have performed Reverse Mortgages and electronic signings. I cover all of Lake County and part of Mendocino and Sonoma Counties. My fees are dependent on the travel time to the location and the work to be performed plus $25 for E-Doc's and additional fees for Scan Backs. I go out of my way to correct any errors I may be responsible for.
My standard fee covers the Lakeport area. I do cover all of Lake County and most of Sonoma and Mendocino County and my fees outside of Lakeport are determined by time to location. I do provide a service for scan backs for a fee.
