I've been working as a loan signing agent since 2017. Notary Coach founder Bill Soroka was my coach for 4 years and my membership with NNA is always current.
I have been trained also as a reverse mortgage signing agent by Bill and Nina Penny. Nina is a reverse mortgage lender and "lends" her skills and expertise for all the notaries who are in the Sign and Thrive Notary community on the internet (Bill's training center).
I am comfortable with purchases,partial claims, sale, reverse mortgage and FHA and VA type refinance docs as well as various other type of notarizations that are not general loans (car purchases and debt resolutions, etc)
I have done over 1000 signings+.
Personal Bio
I am a widow to a US Army veteran, have 3 children and 10 grandchildren. I like to travel and notary work helps me with my travel dreams!my mom has always been one of my chief supporters and she passed in December 2023. I have a degree in Communication Arts and public relations. I am comfortable in many circumstances and situations and usually develop a rapport with borrowers and LOVE helping them with their documents.
