How I got here: On March 2020 the Covid Lockdown hit us. For me, staying at home was not an option and I needed to find an essential service. With interest rates at an all-time low and real estate refinances going through the roof, there was a great demand for Notaries. What a great opportunity for me to add another pillar to my real estate business. To be clear, these businesses are a “marriage” and I continue to give maximum attention and care to my real estate buyers and sellers. That has not changed. I was already a California Commissioned Notary Public, so it was an easy and logical step to merge the two service businesses. Now as a Certified Loan Signing Agent through the National Notary Association and as a Realtor, I have the privilege of serving hundreds of wonderful people. Years of Experience are a Huge Plus: As a Notary, I have the advantage of fully utilizing my 40+ years of real estate experience and knowledge. I have a complete understanding of the myriad of deeds and documents used in trust and estate transactions, probate sales, commercial property contracts, mortgage and lending contracts, multi-unit residential properties, powers of attorney and many others.
