My name is Helen Kennedy. I am the sole proprietor of HMK Mobile Notary and Loan Signing Agent. I have been a Florida commissioned notary for 25+ years, and newly commissioned for Remote Online Notarizations (RON). I hold memberships with the National Notary Association and American Association of Notaries. I recently completed the highly acclaimed Loan Signing System and became Certified, and am very confident that I can provide exceptional signings. Prior to starting my own business, I have a 20 year employment background as a legal assistant/paralegal in the areas of family law, personal injury, estate planning, social security, and workers comp, and minimal experience in real estate and immigration (document preparation), working for large and boutique firms. I have accumulated a vast knowledge of the documents frequently notarized - deeds, title transfers, POAs, wills, affidavits, etc. I am a registered Premarital Course Provider and Wedding Officiant in Broward County, and also have certifications in Professional Coaching and Chaplaincy. I have been a resident of Broward and Palm Beach Counties for the past 43 years, and have recently relocated to Duval County. I am acquainted with the transient and diverse community that Florida affords, and accommodate all of my clients with professional, reliable, detailed-oriented, and excellent customer relations and services.
