Mobile Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent Since 2004. I have been in idyllwild since March 2020 and have now permanently moved to Idyllwild Full-Time. I previously lived and worked in Los Angeles and every month I signed Tens to Hundreds of Mortgage Closings, General Real Estate Documents, Purchase, Seller Packages, Refinances, Loan Modifications, Estate Planning Signings, Birth, Marriage and other Certificate Applications that require statements of identity, Apostille Process Documents, Foreign Country Requests, Pension Proofs, and all other Documents required by the County Clerks and Secretaries of State throughout the United States and other County or State offices as necessary and for Identification Purposes and every other types of documents that require notarizations. Before becoming a Notary Public I worked in Attorney Services, providing Process Serving, Courthouse research and legal document filing and preparation of legal documents related to process serving. I also worked at a medium size law firm that handled civil and family law transactional & litigation law in primarily entertainment, publishing and some other non specific genres. In 2001 I opened my own attorney service and continued in that business along with my notary business until 2019. I still serve legal papers and can assist in certain courthouse functions but being a Notary Public has turned into my passion because when someone needs a notary I feel like I am really helping that person.
