I will ensure your signer fills out all forms in your loan package completely and properly (i.e., the Statement of Information, PCOR, Trust Certifications, Disbursement of Proceeds, etc.) with no missed dates, initials, or signatures that may cause closing delays and also provide scanbacks from the signing table. To date, I have completed 80 closings across the following: HELOCs, HUD Partial Claims, Buyer Only, Seller Only, Buyer 1st and Seller Cash to Close, Commercial and Refinance packages, as well as general notary work for POA, Deeds, etc.
