Hello, My name is Isabel Diaz, I have worked in the mortgage industry for 3 years as a funder. As a funder one of my main duties was to review loan documents. I was looking for any errors the notary may have made. For example, any missed signatures from the buyers/sellers, notary stamp missing, or cross outs without initials. I became an expert on how to execute loan docs correctly. This helped me venture out on becoming a signing agent, and I have been grateful ever since. Loan signings - Starting at $150 for one signer, more than one signer will charge up to $250 Standard notarizations - flat fee of $35, travel fee may be added of $5-10 depending on city I will be servicing at. Additional $15 per signature that will need to be notarized. More than 5 signatures price can/will be negotiated.
