I have extensive training in various loan signings such as Refinances, purchases, commercial loans, reverse mortgages, HELOCs, etc. I make sure to avoid the common mistakes that some inexperienced notaries make in the loan signing process. I will act in a professional manner in accordance to the instructions provided by the title company. I will make sure I treat myself and the borrower in front of me with the utmost respect. I will also make sure to have the borrower sign all documents in the correct manner. I don't miss signatures, dates or initials.
