I am licensed, recently background checked, bonded, and insured, available for signings in Snohomish, Island, King, Skagit, and Whatcom counties of Northwestern Washington. As a real estate professional in both sales and property management for more than 20 years, I am personally familiar with real estate transactions. I have built a track record of being reliable, punctual, courteous, and professional who understands the importance of a quality service that customers expect. My goal is to provide an accurate, detail-oriented positive quality signing experience for all signers and parties involved. I always do my best to accommodate signer's schedules. However, with respect of travel distance and time, giving me minimum 4-hour advance notice would be highly recommended and appreciated in order for me to arrive at the appointment venue on time with everything prepared.
Personal Bio
I came to United States in 1986 and I became a licensed Realtor in 1988 in Houston, Texas. After we moved to East coast due to my husband's job, I continued my real estate career in Delaware as a licensed Realtor and property manager. Three years ago, after my husband retired from his work, we decided to move to the beautiful Pacific Northwest that we have never been to, and we failed in love with this place. With more than 20 years of real estate experiences, and my own personal purchases of 9 properties through the past 25 years, I felt so much interested in Real Estate Signing. Therefore, I applied for Notary license in Washington, and took trainings online, and got certified, bonded, insured and background checked by NNA. Now, I am ready to serve my clients/customers with my best knowledges and experiences. I strive to provide the best, fast, accurate and professional services to the public. Three of our children are living in Hawaii, Texas and Delaware. Our life in Bellingham, WA has been so blessed. We are enjoying our gardening, outdoor walking, traveling, and we love our best companions, two Ragdolls, Eddie and Murphy that we adopted last June.
